Bitget promotes Anthropic-linked rANT tokens with $100 minimum

Bitget Anthropic IPO campaign materials set a $100 minimum for subscriptions to rANT, a token designed to provide economic exposure to Anthropic shares. In a November 3 guide, Bitget said its public round carries a 5% service fee and its VIP round carries a 12% fee, both applied only to the amount allocated.

What rANT holders would receive

Bitget says designated brokerage and custody partners are expected to acquire and hold the underlying shares once allocations are confirmed. Users who receive an allocation would get rANT tokens in their Bitget accounts. The guide says holding rANT does not confer registered shareholder status or automatically carry voting rights. Its trading price can differ from the underlying share price.

Bitget says Anthropic, the company behind Claude, does not issue, manage or endorse the product. The guide does not establish whether holders can redeem rANT for underlying shares or what rights they would have if a custodian fails.

Bitget lists the opening and closing times as 16:00 UTC+8, or 9:00 a.m. in Nigeria. The VIP round is for eligible VIP1–VIP7 users, while the public round is open to a broader group of eligible users. Both rounds accept USDT and USDGO and have separate allocation pools. The guide does not specifically confirm whether residents of Nigeria can participate.

How allocations, fees and refunds work

Bitget says it will allocate tokens proportionally within each round based on valid commitments and the number of shares secured. The 40% to 80% range in the campaign refers to historical allocations through partner channels. Actual rANT allocations depend on the supply secured and the demand in each round.

For example, if a public-round participant commits 1,000 USDT and receives a 400 USDT allocation, the 5% fee would be 20 USDT. That leaves 380 USDT applied to the exposure and 600 USDT to be refunded. Bitget says commitments are locked during the subscription period and expects refunds on unallocated funds within a few hours after allocation settlement, subject to delays.

What the November 18 estimate means

Bitget’s guide says Anthropic filed on October 26, amended its filing on November 2 and is seeking a Nasdaq listing under ANT. Waves Times could not independently verify those filing details. Bitget uses November 18 as an estimated listing date for its timetable and describes $103 per share and a $1.75 trillion valuation as reference estimates. The final offer price and listing schedule are subject to the official issuance process.

That timetable also affects when participants could trade rANT. Bitget plans to open trading roughly one hour after the stock’s Nasdaq opening auction, subject to settlement and platform arrangements. Under its proposed schedule, VIP participants could receive their tokens after trading has already begun.
